1. This won't happen. The big boys that want to poach smaller schools would just complain about athletes being allowed freedom of movement to make money. Like they really care.
2. That already happens and they won't change it.
3. See number 1 just add the complaint of athletes risking injury. Again, like they really care.
I'm not saying they're bad ideas. They're all good ideas but we all know it won't happen because the NCAA is too scared to use its power.

Ypu are assuming ncaa will still look at grades or even rwgistration. Woyld probably take them 5 years to investigate and then he is long gone

Maybe not specifically for colorado, but at some skools If these are "collectives" and one player runs into indebtedness "problems" could the creditors seek remedy from the entire collective and/or other players on same team? Or at very least leaves less money for the other players if ordered to pay the creditors first?
