Finally get to see this thing. First drive is amazing. Loudest I've ever heard the Huge Saints crowd at At&t.

Play action only works when you have some success on the ground. Even if you don't have success you need to keep trying to run it in order for play action to work. Will be interesting to see how they handle things when they struggle running the football. That will happen at some time. My suggestion is keep running it even when behind. You may pop some big gainers in such a situation.

You can never totally give up on the run, even when it is not going as well as you would like.

    Interesting stats v "Dem Boys"

Saints went into halftime with over 300 yards offense.

Points scored over first two games of season (91) are tied for the 4th most in NFL history. Not sure if it goes past the merger, but possibly.

Another interesting stat...the Saints are 9-3 against the Boyz this century! They are 3-2 playing in Jerry's world.

…..How many people in the BOX? Are they really in the BOX? If not on the BOX, ARE THEY PLAYING MAN COVERAGE? Worst/best situation….man coverage and the QB breaks the los running the ball!

Yea it turns out we're actually 2nd highest since merger not tied for 4th.

    1. New Orleans Saints | 2009 | 93 points scored thru 2
    2. New Orleans Saints | 2024 | 91
    3. Who gives a s&%/
