Was thinking about making the trip but forgot it's on a Tuesday.

Remember NWST scrapped their season last year after an 0-6 start and the death of a player. Their coach resigned too. Clearly, they still have some issues.

It won’t happen while Maggard is the AD. That’s not a shot at Maggard. Just the reality of his philosophy on scheduling.

Well, the coaches also have some say in scheduling. For instance, during Covid Billy Napier was asked if he wanted to play Army or UAB. Napier told Maggard, "hell no we are not playing Army". Recently under Coach Des, it was down to Wake Forest or Louisville. Des told Dr. Maggard, "no way we are playing Louisville.
