Ha! Speaking of that, I had compressor stalls yesterday on approach. My passengers were VERY READY to get off of the crafts once we landed.

I was on Delta Hawaii to Salt Lake City (8pm scheduled flight) last Tuesday.

All afternoon it said "delayed" but we boarded on time.

Once everyone boarded (now the delay) they said one of the three navigational computers was broken or acting up but that fortunatly they had one in Honolulu and would change it then.

An hour later the captive crowd took off. No Delta caused problems whatsoever besides a delay from missing connecting flights.

Oof. Sounds like the engine coming apart. Good work.

Bleed air valve problems. But that airframe is going to the scrapyard.

I was on this plane with a bunch of Scripps reporters, producers, videographers, and managers on our way to help KATC’s storm coverage. It was quite the harrowing experience.

I can only imagine the reaction from those on the plane.
