the hotel I stay at is almost sold out it is small but unless there is a downtown event they usually have a few rooms. When I made my reservation they were down to 2 rooms, I would assume that a lot of those rooms are for Tulane fans
The concession lines, which I wasn’t in but had to walk through, were 50 people deep the entire grambling game. Beer line was great. I don’t think the current facilities can handle more than 20k properly. 30k would be a ____ show.
that's odd every line that I did get into was quick and efficient and if people took a second to look around I found great food with almost no lines, I didn't even have a wait when I went to the restroom. The worst thing I saw was our beer guy having to sell lemonade in the stands which I am sure cut into his income for the game
The punch in the stomach here is the weather forecast. There is absolutely perfect tailgating weather forecast for next weekend. Some of the best weather of the year.
Tailgating would have been lit! The buzz for this game would have been off the charts. It would have been SRO for the game had it not been moved.
I say, rather than dwell on what could have been, let's focus on what is and do our best to make the most of it!
The Tulane game is going to be an awesome unique experience
It absolutely sucks that game time was moved. I hate it. It sucks. But.....I'll still be there and I am absolutely amped for this one!!!!
Do you know if they will have a band and sell beer before the game?
