St. Mary Parish Daily Incident Log - April 12, 2010:
Curtis Jackson 50 yoa of 165 Madeira St., Avondale, La. was arrested on 4-9-2010 at 6:05 pm for Monetary Instrument Abuse. Deputy was called to the Bayou Vista Truck Stop in reference to suspect passing a counterfeit bill. Upon deputy’s arrival it was learned from clerk that suspect gave her a twenty dollar bill to pay for a pack of gum. Clerk advised after transaction she noticed that bill was a counterfeit and contacted the Sheriff’s office. Suspect was located in the casino area and was advised that suspect was playing a video poker machine. Deputy located several more counterfeit bills by the machine. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.




Raylon May 22 yoa of 907 First St., Patterson was arrested on 4-9-2010 at 6:39 pm for Driving Under Suspension and a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Careless Operation. Agent was patrolling Hwy 90 in Calumet when above suspect vehicle was observed traveling in the left lane and a traffic stop was conducted. During investigation it was learned that suspect was driving under suspension and had a warrant for his arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $1000.00 bond and was later released.




Lisa B. Raymond 42 yoa of 406 Wedell Road, Patterson was arrested on 4-10-2010 at 9:36 am on a warrant for Failure to Appear for Traffic Violation. Suspect was located in the Amelia area, placed under arrest on warrant and booked into the parish jail with a $293.50 cash bond and was later released.




Rebecca H. Matt 28 yoa of 1315 Guillotte Road, Youngsville, La. was arrested on 4-10-2010 at 12:30 pm on a warrant for Issuing Worthless Checks. Agent was patrolling Hwy 90 in theCalumet area, when he observed suspect vehicle traveling in the left lane and conducted a traffic stop. During investigation it was learned of a warrant for her arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 7-29-2010.




Kimberly S. Freyoux 28 yoa of 1016 Sixth St., Morgan City was arrested on 4-10-2010 at 12:36 pm on warrants for Failure to Appear on the charge of Possession of Loritab and Disturbing the Peace and two drug court warrants for Failure to Comply with Drug court. Suspect was located at her residence, placed under arrest on warrants and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.




Tony J. Allemond 44 yoa of 101 Pecan Lane, Patterson was arrested on 4-10-2010 at 6:45 pm for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of CDS and Possession of a Firearm in a Firearm- Free Zone. Deputy was patrolling the Kemper Williams Park when an anonymous subject advised of strong odor of marijuana coming from the area where several tents were located. Deputy went to area and made contact with subjects staying in the area and received consent to search the tents. During investigation above suspect advised that he had a firearm in his tent that Deputy recovered. During a search of suspect’s person drug paraphernalia and marijuana was located on him. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest on above charges and booked into the parish jail with a $6000.00 bond and was later released.




Chad Toups 35 yoa of 825 Magnolia St., Amelia was arrested on 4-11-2010 at 8:10 am for First Degree Robbery. Arrest stems from an investigation into an early morning incident where victim was having car trouble and was working on his vehicle when suspect came up from behind him forcing him into vehicle, to drive him to
Magnolia St.in Amelia. Where suspect took victim’s wallet and fled on foot. Deputy received a description of suspect and located him in the area ofSouth Verret St. Suspect was brought back to scene were he was identified by victim. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.





David D. Brown 38 yoa of 103 Todd Lane # 28, Bayou Vista was arrested on 4-11-2010 at 3:42 pm on a warrant for Issuing Worthless Checks. Suspect was located in the Berwick area, placed under arrest on warrant and issued a summons to appear in court on 7-29-2010.




Robert Toups 26 yoa of 1016 Levee Road, Morgan City was arrested on 4-11-2010 at 11:32 pm on a warrant for Failure to Appear for Criminal Neglect of Family. Deputy was called to a disTurbinece at
116 Pecan Lanein Patterson. During investigation it was learned of a warrant for above suspect’s arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $7010.48 Bond at this time.
