One man is hospitalized today after he was stabbed by his own father.
It happened at the Crawfish Etoufee Cookoff in Ville Platte this weekend.
A family member says the two got into an argument about family issues.
Newman Thibodeaux allegedly stabbed Keith Thibodeaux several times in his stomach.
The victim is said to be in good condition at a local hospital.
No word on what charges his father is facing.
