So it could be in the stands just as long as the hawker doesnt walk around and stays in a concession area. He could maybe tape off a small section in the stands with a table, that way those in line could still see the game

Why not just go back to 18 drinking age, most of us on here survived just fine.... when they didnt SELL alcohol on the student side anyway it seems as if we had way more alcohol inside the student side. Lol. And they were trying to stop us/catch us way harder even though it was legal for us to drink

If just the seniors lets say are the ones allowed to go to the bars. What is the incentive for someone to study hard and try and graduate early and then miss out on that??? Not sure if Iwould have even gone to dorm or apartment if i had to wait three years and just be bored "home" studying. Might have even stayed home and gone to UNO and just go to the tulane bars/HS hangouts and maybe just try and transfer to USL later as an upperclassman.
