I'm excited too, the roster is loaded with talent and experience. Two things give me pause, QB position and offensive play calling.

With all this talent there should be an expectation of 8 wins min. Anything less tells me its coaching and Dez is in way over his head and a change must be made. Stay tuned folks!!!!

I can see 4-8 and also 10-2. It will be in this staff to turn the tide in close games.

I went through our schedule just yesterday. Kind of felt this way:

Grambling - W
Kennesaw St. - W
Tulane - L
Wake - L
USM - W
App St. - L
Coastal - W/L
Texas St. - L/W (so we split Coastal and TX St. in some manner)
Arky St. - W
South AL - W
Troy - L
ULM - W

So 7-5? And if the Texas St./Coastal split I'm thinking ends up where we beat Texas State (They're due at some point to get a W against us), then that would put us 5-1 in the West, so a shot at playing in the SBC Champ game.

I think we'll finally have an idea where this team really stands based on the Tulane game.

I honestly don’t see us losing to both Tulane and WF on consecutive weeks like that. I feel we split those.

Like I said earlier, I feel we split these games. But the bye week really helps and Des knows Summerall and honestly, is due.

In regards to WF, I just think we have equal talent. This might be the worst team in the ACC and they would probably struggle in the SBC East.

I think we are more likely to lose at Kennesaw than win the Tulane or Wake game. Tulane is better and has a better coaching staff and Wake’s coaching staff is great.

Also I don’t think our talent is nearly as good as most of y’all think it is. If they were, it would have come through more over the last 2 years.
