So I ask does LSU , Arkansas, Alabama, South Carolina, Texas etc. have their mascot written anywhere on there jersey?

They have a symbol. Well the FDL represents Ragin Cajuns, all you have to do is look at the historical significance of the FDL. Which is a represents the French Monarchy and the Roman Catholic Church, which pretty much all Cajuns were Roman Catholic, and also representation of the French Crown and there colonies, so in a way a FDL represents French Culture, which in turn is a representation of Cajun Culture.

We dont need to spell it out. FDL is enough representation of Cajuns.
