$.18/gal. Gas wars in San Antonio just outside gate at Kelly AFB. Two stations trying to outdo each other. 1970. Insane. 1974 the world went nuts and it was hard to find gasoline.

I don't have a memory of the cheapest I just remember it jumping to .32
