New Logo?

I was going to post this on one of the other threads, but i think i have done my best work so far. If we are determined to use our nickname as the primary logo!! This is the logo we need to use! Think they need to pay me for this one!

What yall think of this logo instead of thr Ragin Cajun logo?

Never going to happen. Ragin Cajuns is a registered trademark and can be protected. Cajuns by itself cannot.

I would imagine the word can’t be protected however the way it looks when it has been finally designed to look can as a trademark . . .

I think both logos are too literal. We need a logo that can artistically express “Cajun” and “Acadiana” without literally spelling it out. Personally I think our fleur de lis should be our athletic logo. No words, just a symbol.

Now with the baseball hat the FDL has a white border it is to hard for me to do but it would look better, but here it is on a football helmet. Also i tried to put a white border. It looks good specially if it had the two white strips in the front on the front of the helmet

I agree, i was trying to incorporate the FDL with the script Cajuns.

Obviously the University is dead set on using our nickname as the primary!

Just like Al the Albineaux Gator obviously they do not want that either think people have just given up.

I don't hate it; it is just the Fleur de Lis is too hard to see behind the Cajuns.
