    Against some pretty fair competition

Great job by Dr. Maggard. Wasted no time and snagged what seems like a great coach. I’m inclined to think he had knowledge of Glasco’s decision to leave before the announcement, and he was working behind the scenes. Cajun softball fans went from concerned to optimistic and excited in the blink of an eye. GEAUX CAUNS

About a month ago, a friend of mine called the Softball office to get her daughter enrolled in the Softball camp.

She was told UL Softball wasn't having one this year.

To add to the conspiracy, was at a softball gathering in May. Gerry told me he was seriously thinking about retiring. A few moments later, someone told me if Gerry would retire that they hoped we'd get Coach Alyson to come. Could be Coincidental?

    Well he isn't retiring.

    Neither had Glasco.

Well, I guess if you are talking with a fan…retiring is a better way to say I am leaving than to say I am going to another college, especially when the tournament hadn’t even happened yet
