We’re down to only 70% chance of nothing happening. And if it does Mexico gets needed rain.
And now KADN says FEMA has conducted a study and Lafayette is the most at risk city/parish in LA. Worse than NO and Jefferson. One of the reasons is that NO has levees. O dear. I can only imagine the depth of that study. Must have been based on its Lafayettes turn. Scary bad analysis. Obviously not UL grads.
