My only comment on sending Vasquez in the sixth is Davis is up next. She is almost impossible to double up and there was only one out at the time. Wonder if that crossed Coach Glasco’s mind when he made the decision. Granted you have to make the decision in a nano second.

Not the reason we lost. Miscues in the field did that. Especially Ellestad missing that ball thrown from the outfield to let that runner get to 3rd. That was the game winner.

That’s a good point. Still took a perfect throw to get her, but that is a good angle, I hadn’t considered.

I think this was one of Glasco’s best coaching jobs. This season could have gone sideways in Oklahoma and they turned it around.

Definitely a few improvements needed but not a ton. This team had a lot of fightmade their university proud like this program always does.
