    The only thing I could think of is that the ump mistakenly thought the runner from third was forced ... which she obviously was not.

    The Cajuns did have the bases loaded for a significant portion of the inning.

    I like getting Sam work right here. Let her get some confidence against this team, get Chloe some rest bc I think you start her again in game 2. Can’t act like we have one ace bc we don’t. May need both in the last game

    Got some confidence. You’re up 13, we have other pitchers that can clean this one up. Maybe sit her down in the 5th?

    I’m almost positive that is exactly what he thought, and why they reversed the ruling without going to the replay.
