We lose a weekend starter and our two best bullpen arms after this season. Martinez has potential. Whether he does anything with it is up to him. Listened to Deggs talking about Etheridge earlier this year and he mentioned how JT was willing to make adjustments, was receptive to coaching, and improved his game. I get it's beating a dead horse, but the flipside of that coin is Martinez's debacle in Houston. If that's the approach he takes to coaching, he might find himself in the portal before next spring. If not, he's got a chance to establish a role.

Sounds like way too many to nothing.
Just checked. 8-0. Wow
Not that I know anything but it just felt like we started the end of the first game the day with a sense that we could just coast through the day. We didn’t need to score any more as it turns out, but we looked pretty lost at the plate from the first pitch at noon, and it just carried over to this game. I sure hope we’re getting this out of our system and come back tomorrow with renewed purpose.
This ump is terrible. He's just guessing every pitch.
Question is how do we approach the conference tournament. In the past we have gone in with we had to win the tournament to get a bid and we killed our pitching trying to win it which we had to do which has affected us the next week in a regional. Now we know we are getting a bid if we win the tournament or win just one game do we get the same seed anyway. We have to be smart I Would assume on how we use our staff to set up success for the regional. Thoughts?
It’s 8-0
