A freshman for A&M (Mya Perez) just hit a two-strike, two-out three run HR over the CF wall in the B8th to tie the game with Texas, 8-8. It was the first extra base hit of her career. Eschete then followed with a walk and made it to second on a base hit . tried to stretch it to third when nobody was covering the bag, but was gunned down for the final out. Going to the 9th inning. A win for A&M and they sweep the #1 team in the country and head to Oklahoma City.

Im old enough to remember someone transferring the opposite way. Hit zero home runs at aTm and then became one of best HR hitters in history.

With runners at first and second and Texas leading 9-8 in the B9th, Eschete grounds out to second. Texas ties the series at 1-1.

If you're referencing Lexie Elkins, she played her freshman year at Texas Tech, not Texas A& M.
