Hope you're correct. A big concern is the pitching, neither Chloe nor Sam looked good at all.

Dug hole with errors and walks. Had our chances but Tx st better team today. Our batters were sure not patient. Mullins had lots of low pitch count outs. But she is a tough pitcher. Arm of steel.
Now to see the placement in the regionals. Hope this last day doesn’t hurt too bad. At least lose is to best RPI we could face. Away.

It just wasn't our day. congrats to Texas St., they have a very good team. Our pitching and fielding today was not good, hopefully we got that poor play out of our system. Time to focus on regionals and hopefully playing at home.

Then, if you're right, I assume the announcers were wrong. They said she struck out, based on the fact she offered on the passed ball. So, therefore it was a strike. Strike two was actually strike three.

I know the pitchers have 20 seconds to pitch and the batters have 10 seconds to get in the box. I'm pretty sure Maddie was in the box within 10 seconds.
