There was never a play to be reversed. His bogus call - yes. The play was legit. The first base ump was inserting himself into the game for no reason. He had the audacity to call the runner out for leaving early. She wasn’t even attempting to steal and it wasn’t even close to leaving early. The pitch immediately following was closer when she stole second.
