And here we are a month later with a chance tonight to win 30 before losing 10.

We were 6-7 after blowing the big Friday night lead against Tulane. I don’t remember being that angry at a baseball game in a long time. 23-2 since. Definitely makes the beer taste better.

If you come off the bench and hit a HR, you’re in the lineup the next game. So Cuff is in at 3rd tonight and you have Amedee, Pastore and Lafleur with just 1B and DH left. Lafleur is a good athlete and the best fit for the OF. I am surprised he’s not in LF with Higgs in CF, but I’m sure Trey can handle it, and I would guess it’ll just be a few innings before things change. That’s been the case in the midweek games pretty much all season.
