Thread: A light baseball night …

12-7. Bottom 9th. JJ might not make it out of the box alive especially after Clark and Iowa throttled lsu in ladies bb.

Lovin this. Unfortunately Stanford, Utah, and Oregon state winning non conference games. PAC 12 will probably jump back in front of the belt tonight.

    12-7, Final.

  7. UL Baseball Re: A light baseball night …

Southern wins their fourth game all-time vs. LSU, 12-7. First win since 2005 for Southern vs. LSU.

LSU's consolation prize? They get Vanderbilt this weekend.

I love it. They are so distraught they don’t even know what night it is.

Great night for the evil empire. Two national champs fall from grace.

I try not to care enough to take solace in other teams losing, but what a day for that school. Iowa shutting up their grandstanding woman’s basketball team and baseball getting destroyed by Southern of all opponents. Whose RPI jumped 14 spots to 261 after the W.

I remember the NCAA regional in BR where Robe got tossed. SU almost put them in the loser's bracket, and we beat them the first game. If Southern had pulled it off...

    *sigh*

Texas Tech just struck for two in the B9th and are still batting, game tied at 9.

My 2 favorite teams are the Cajuns and whoever plays lsu. Never going to change. My wife said I was giggling from 3 minutes left in the basketball game till the end of the baseball game. I second that…
