LSU has looked really sloppy in this game and only has four hits on the night. Thatcher Hurd tried to close for LSU, but struggled and was pulled in the 9th. Meanwhile, LSU pitching ... after issuing 23 walks to Arkansas this weekend ... has issued seven free passes to Southern tonight (6 walks and 1 HBP).
