The university lacks consistent on brand. It starts at Martin Hall. They KNOW the brand yet, here we are, extra L, Lafayette and @ Lafayette crapping the bed internally and externally.

I think it is silly to have an academic goal for "athletes" that does not extend to the entire student body.

If the goal for athletes is 3.0, then the schools entire stated goal should be 3.0.

3.0 should be ground zero for everyone "if" you expect it from athletes.

Thus the "athletic" strategic plan should not include what should be the the stategic plan for the whole school, and should be left off as it should be the defacto standard and go without saying... again.

All schools do this, it just seems misplaced as it should be the norm.

In 2017 I was working on the DOT Verot School project.

So many cars had a Cajuns front license plate that if I would have kept a written record y'all would not believe me. Including RCAF specific plates mixed in.

That little, fastest growing town in America (at one point) was their origin.

Times have changed. But, we have not regressed in competitiveness, we're actually a Stronger Program today but with less support.

A little bit more RCAF optics could come from -

Bad ass state of Louisiana outline on a 3x5 flag for the front porch with a small RCAF logo on them. Black with a red Louisiana. Red with a white Louisiana. White with a red Louisiana. RCAF bottom corner or anywhere.

How about one goal:
Make Cajun sports fun again!
Do this and all the other “to do” things will magically get scratched off. The proclamation sounds like my corporate bosses yearly goals that mean nothing in the real world. People will pay “to pass a good time” if it is worth it to them. This admin seems to forget value (financial & personal).
