Chloe Riassetto and Sam Landry provided a tag team effort in the circle to steer the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball team to a 3-1 win over Coastal Carolina on Sunday, March 24 at Yvette Girouard Field at Lamson Park, wrapping up a sweep of the three-game Sun Belt Conference series.

True.. I am hoping we pitch Sam Ryan today. Her last couple of appearances she seemed to have settled down and looked pretty good.

I believe we need her, Loecker and Delbrey to all be able to give us a few innings of effective performance, even if only to keep Landry and Riasetto fresh for the post season.

Nice pitching combo game today. Ryan was doing some serious pitching in the pen post game. Nice to see her working while waiting.

Beating Covid Chickens never gets old

Yeah, it will be fun to beat them at their place in October. Meanwhile, it's more fun beating Chanticleers, Jaguars and all the other Sun Belt teams in softball three or four times a year.
