Gordon joins the Packers after spending last year as the offensive line coach at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he helped the Blazers set a single-season record for total offense with an average of 450.0 yards per game. He spent the previous four years at the University of Georgia, first as a graduate assistant in 2019-21 and then as an offensive quality control coach in 2022. He was part of a staff that helped the Bulldogs go 29-1 and win back-to-back national championships in 2021 and 2022.
Prior to joining Georgia, Gordon spent two seasons (2017-18) at his alma mater, Louisiana, where he played center from 2014-16.
He was the Ragin' Cajuns' offensive line graduate assistant in 2017 and spent 2018 as the director of player development and assistant strength and conditioning coach.
