Well to me its a confidence booster. Any thought they had that they couldnt compete with the big boys(girls) lol should be elimnated with that win over Oklahoma.

LSU has played the kind of teams that an SEC or Big 12 team needs to play out of conference.

They have played 19 games, 10 of which were against Top 50 RPI, and an additional 3 were against teams from 51-68. They have played only 1 Top 25 team [OK ST # 7], but they have played only 1 team that is outside the Top 50% in RPI [Memphis #183] who they played twice. The rest were from RPI 31 to RPI 135.

Overall, it is a decent, but certainly not overly challenging schedule for a program like LSU.
