Harris got 2 innings of relief work; 1 H, 1 BB. Brought his MLB ERA down to 2.88. Reds win 10-9.
And White Sox are still pursing history, midst of a 0-7 home stand.

As a Reds fan, was shocked to see them score 9 runs in the 1st tonight. Unfortunately it came against Arrighetti. Didn’t see that coming.
The Reds are absolutely pathetic right now too.
ESPN analytics had the Reds as a solid pick, they see something we both missed.
9 earned and pulled with 2 outs in first. That will jack up the ERA in a hurry.
You know the old saying, “that’s baseball”. FWIW, it’s like the White Sox being up on Baltimore 6-1 right now. Makes no sense.
Hogan Harris got a win Tuesday night. Pitched last 3 innings, no runs, no hits, 2 BB, A’s walked it off against Seattle.
Harris enters game at the start of the top of 6th in a 1-1 game with Detroit.
A’s take 2-1 lead bottom of 6th.
Hogan pulled after 1.2 when he gave up his only hit, a double. The pen screws him, two wild pitches ties the game. Sad part, the batter ended up making the third out.
Harris pitches the last two innings of a 12 inning game, gets the W. Gave up one hit, A’s beat Astros 4-3.
Spenser started for Astros. 6.2 innings, 7 hits, 7 Ks, 2 runs.
And THE MLB history watch now has the White Sox at 33-113 with 16 games left. Only hope not to lose 120+ is their schedule is soft down the stretch.
Harris comes in top of the second with a 0-6 deficit. Gives up 3 runs in 3 innings. 9-2 Cubs, late. At least he won’t get the loss.
A’s lost series to White Sox and were mathematically eliminated this weekend. Playing teams that have been eliminated may save the White Sox from 120 losses. They’re playing for something, not to be the record holder. Sox up 7-1 tonight v LAA, would be 3rd win in a row.
Arighetti pitching tonight at SD. Down 1-0 headed to bottom of second.
Arighetti scheduled to pitch Sunday and the following Sunday closing out the season.
Harris not penciled in to start any remaining games.
