They were overmatched while he was in there. When that kid throws strikes, he’ll be a problem for anyone. He was impressive.

Exactly. And I’m not piling on the kid. Yeah he handled the situation terribly. Deggs got him out of the dugout, and they will resolve it.

This team can lose all 3 games this weekend..too much pitching for this season to go south. They will be fine.

The optics are bad. Under no circumstances should a coach initiate that type contact. It's unprofessional at any level of sport. It's embarrassing.

I hope Dr. Maggard has a heavy hand on this one.

If it were my son, coach would have to smell my cologne. The kid did not deserve that.
