Didn’t Dave have an issue with the powers that be in his first tour of duty here? Got suspended or something?

You’re right, Mike. And I do listen to you and Craig . Roarman too. Apologies.

He called out Scott Farmer for lying about baseball funds. Was suspended for a week

By his boss at the radio station Chuck. He requested Farmer's emails under the Sunshine Act and communications on the baseball field and called Farmer down for not telling the truth.

This is our university. Not theirs. We pay their salaries! Remember that!

Lol we also pay the government’s salaries. You see how that is going.

Well, I know it sound silly, but a FOIA inquiry of certain things could reveal if MH is really paranoid over the littlest of things or it’s a figment of the fan base’s imagination.

Personally, walking away is the least stressful route.

My wife reminded me of that yesterday when we were working with a difficult plumber. They forget that they are working for us, and we forget that they are here because we are paying them for a service.

The difference is that plumbers are a necessary trade. The higher education system can be considered a luxury. It's optional. Plumbers have way more practical value than a dean or administrator at a university. So, maybe don't carry yourself and act as if you're something that is incredibly useful. Even special.

The fact is that we are the customers who give our money and time to their product.

Right now, the media coverage barely exists. We are their only entity that covers the Cajuns exclusively in just about every sport, and we are also passionate about our alma mater. We want what's best for the program. What the people in charge need to understand is that they are hurting themselves with all of this. Our interview with this baseball coach helps THEM more than it does us because we create a segway to the fans who may otherwise may not be as interested or feels more connected since we are the ones doing the interview.

There will be a Jay Walker interview with said coach shortly. This is just petty jelousy and control.

Yes and he was just on Jays podcast this past summer. It was a good interview and episode with lots of good info. Ragin Review would be just as good and professional with different questions coming from more of a fan point of view. It is a shame the university is stopping that from happening.

I shouldn't have used Jay's name because I didn't mean it as a knock on him. I should have just said Cajun connection interview.

You would think our University would want to promote every aspect of the School and athletic department on as many platforms as possible. Especially with no cost involved. Most companies would flock to anyone willing to advertise for them at no cost!
