The shape is the First Matter.
Out of which all forms had their creation. All these comparisons to other in state schools drives home the reality I'm pointing to.
First Matter.
Actually i am fine with either one.
What would Jesus do? Well we need to be asking what would a SEC, or Big 12 school would do?
Why do yall think LSU is marketing the state? Why does any University market the name of there University?
Stacked Ragin Cajuns looks like a mid-major also it doesn’t say the name of the University.
If you look at any of these logos, name one school where the nickname is spelled out?
We are the only one! Thats not a good thing.
My point being our main logo needs to be the name of the school.
If we are the University of Louisiana then we need to start acting like it! Promote Louisiana. With L, or the outline of the state and a FDL whatever.
I am going balls to the wall on this thing!
Look the administration is missing so much of an opportunity.
First we need to brand the school as Louisiana!! By doing that you need a logo that does that.
Look Ragin Cajuns stacked logo looks small time.
I even created ways to take the entire brand to the next level.
Also we need a mascot! We have a person that has created a great mascot that would be unique that would help us be identified as Louisiana. Have we not watch WaterBoy, or Swamp People? The main part of the show is that they hunt alligators.
Also Cajun Field is also known as the swamp, we have a live alligator on campus.
This would also help us to be identified as Louisiana.
For example here are ways we can market an albino alligator
I would ask what would a SEC school do to elevate there brand.
Everything that i just showed in this post!
Could you imagine having something like this all over Cajun Field or around campus, or downtown
I am also making the point that the logo can stand alone!
Wish they make the FDL bigger!
Just because it is a slightly unique design I never felt a connection as an identification to the fdl.
Oversaturation.
