Although Dr Maggard isn’t listed, doesn’t mean he’s not in the mix.

If it was offered he would be a fool not to take it. Being at a doormat in the SEC is a lot better than here and I'm sure the pay is much better.
I'd like Dr. Maggard to stay. He's had success. Especially with his hires on the front half of his tenure. Deggs, Glasco, Napier. I'm sure I'm missing others.
However, I think he's lost a lot of his team and hopefully is trying to right the ship with fundamental things like ticket sales and community engagement. I think the powers that be in Martin Hall limit him also.
If offered, do you stick around for the challenge or just jump. I think if it's the latter, we're in for a tough stretch if we don't have top leadership.
Maggard has done some great things. He is excellent when it comes to book keeping and big picture. His weaknesses is that he doesn't understand connecting with fans at the local levels. Farmer was the opposite he was good at fan outreach but terrible with the behind the scenes work.
Being this is something I and others have brought up and Maggard has not dealt with, I’m posting this picture and just think about it. Truth.
