Nope. I generally avoid giving CC numbers to somebody calling me.
Don't blame you for not giving info out but the calls are legit. Credit Card info did not transfer from TM to Paciolan. No surprise since most systems are that way.
Tell them they have to use an app to get the info
I got a call today. I recognized the name of the person calling, as I had spoken to her several times in the recent past. It has to do with moving from Ticketmaster to PACiOLAN. Credit Card info did not automatically move to the new system. It's legit.
I hope PACiOLAN allows RPCA to achieve all its hopes and dreams and retire marlin but one must admit ticket master is a much catchier name
There will probably always be lost communication and crucial information voids when you depend on outsourcing. Especially during transitions.
So avoid transitions? Ergo more extensions!
