I see the difference one coach can make with Gunner making those trips to the hill. He learned a lot from Coach Robe and so far it appears that he can teach it to others.

Well guys and gals, I think we are in for a real good season this year. The mistakes I witnessed over 3 days can and will be all corrected.

I am also happy to celebrate my 20th anniversary of joining this website which includes some , crazies, flakes, hardheads, smart people, good hearted, sports savvy, generous, helpful, honest, blunt, fun, grateful, tireless, and winners with a diehard attitude.

This is the missing piece we've needed for the last few years. Deggs' offense was deadly in 2014 because we could pitch too. His system doesn't work as well from behind but can absolutely break your neck when our staff is staying away from crooked numbers.

I agree here. I think we all felt coming in that if Gunner could take his learnings from Coach Robe and pair it with the analytics, we would see huge improvements on the mound.

Small sample size, but I feel we are seeing that already.

Sure feels like our Ks were in bigger situations. Most of the weekend, we just could not string together hits.

Hope we can carry the mini explosion of hits in the B8 yesterday to tomorrow. We all know hitting is contagious.
