Well the rich spending money on frivolous things is not a problem to me. It’s ten times more productive than the government with 5 layers of bureaucracy.
Is it a tax deduction? Thought the NIL funding was like prime seat and political donation. Just a gift but no deduction.
He better make it big in the NFL because he is apparently not very smart. He had to leave LSU and go to a JUCO due to academic issues, and now he proves his lack of judgement by pulling this stunt. The video and the look on his face looks to me like he thinks he has already made it in life and he is only in his late teens or very early twenty's. Life after football will quickly _____ slap him in the face!
Former Gator Etienne lands at UGA. Probably make more a year at UGA than his first pro year.
Donating to a collective is not tax deductible for an individual. I do believe if your business purchased a table for the recent basketball and football fund raisers, you may have a tax deduction case despite those funds going to a collective. Assume you donated most of the seats to your customers, you could claim this as an entertainment expense. A business making a deal directly with a player also has a tax deduction case. It is simply a labor expense.
I saw on X that Wisham officially de-committed. Mentioned he committed as a WR but would like to entertain S/DB with other programs.
