MBB Final: Louisiana 66, Texas State 46

If the guys had executed the time out would have been forgotten. Turned the ball over on an alley oop attempt. Other time outs made sense. Guys were getting sloppy. At times didn’t have great ball handling on the court.

There was one concerning stat. Mike Thomas’ shot clock buzzer beater 3 in the second half, only bench points.


Texas State is flat out bad.

Yes, we have little to no scoring coming off the bench. Those guys need to give us good, productive minutes the rest of the season, even if they are not scoring. And, we have to hope Julien plays his first complete season

It was margarita Monday and $1 beer at the mcneese game tonight. Can’t get a much better promotion than that. Why can’t we do some stuff like this? Does artisan have that much of a stranglehold on the domes concessions?
