My guess is playing time related. Marlin had been saying he was "sick" for the last 2 weeks or so and that was why he wasn't on the road trips.

IMO, he wasn't playing well enough, or consistent enough to earn more playing time. He did show promise at times.

Timeouts aren’t an issue if looking at things such as calling one less than a minute before a media timeout is in play to give the guys an extra break is the one I see people complaining about (usually in second half). I’ve seen some called where everything was falling UL’s way but the eye test says otherwise. And the ever popular use it or lose it first half timeout.
