Actually a 6 game homestand when you count the MAC home game on Super Bowl Sunday. Dome not available on Saturday due to Mardi Gras function. We are often on the road during Mardi Gras weekend. The MAC-SBC challenge calls for all SBC teams to host that weekend. We find out opponent on Monday. Speaking of the MAC, last time I looked I noticed Toledo is undefeated in conference play.

The reason our MAC home game is on Super Bowl Sunday is two fold. One, all of the MAC-SBC games at SBC sites are scheduled for that weekend. Mardi Gras event in the Dome on Saturday is what is causing us to play on Super Bowl Sunday. Some people call me a Mardi Gras Scrooge as other than king cake, I don't participate much in that affair. This situation just causes me to be more likely to live up to my Mardi Gras reputaion.
