Accused of. Seems clear that there was very little evidence to support domestic abuse. These charges are not dropped easily these days. And since nobody in the RPCA actually knows anything beyond the initial arrest it’s just that.

Yeah, I am not saying he was right or wrong or guilty of anything or not guilty. I just know that the charges were dropped. It could have been that they kissed and made up or it could be that there was not enough evidence or something else. But currently there are no charges vs him. I don't know the full story.

Allegedly. In the US, one is innocent until proven guilty. As the charges were dropped, he will never be proven guilty.
