FB: Louisiana’s Cross-Divisional Opponents Announced

Louisiana football will host App State and travel to Coastal Carolina as the Ragin' Cajuns learned its cross-divisional opponents for the 2024 season, the Sun Belt Conference announced Thursday.

Louisiana's matchup against the Mountaineers will be the 12th all-time with the Ragin' Cajuns winning the last three, including the 2021 Sun Belt Championship.

The Cajuns and Chanticleers will meet for the fourth time and the first since 2020. Louisiana won the first matchup in Conway, South Carolina, 48-7, in 2019.

The complete 2024 Sun Belt football schedule, including play dates, will be released no later than March 1
