Thread: Liberty v. Oregon

    Default Liberty v. Oregon

CUSA gets a team in the Fiesta Bowl. Liberty is 13-0 and the leading rushing team in the country, of course mostly CUSA level competition. We'll see how they do against Oregon. Look what they have done in just 6 years. Would / should have been a great addition to the SBC.

Would be hilarious if they won.

Liberty getting hosed by the officials. First a bogus holding call then they pick up a face mask penalty.

I agree should of put someone else in there I am also going to mention the uniforms and the logo. What do y’all think is a better brand the UO or just the O? Same with us and UL we need to move to some type of L whether be the state or the letter.

The iconic O was a big part of why they are so popular and becoming a big name brand nationally!

Predictable score of a top G5 against a better than average G5. Next year, the G5team that receives the participation trophy invite can expect the same result.

Liberty benefited from a soft schedule and by virtue of the G5 not having much else of a stand out this year.

Historically, the G5 had a 4-5 record in the Fiesta Bowl or NY6 equivalent. Don’t assume they’ll lose just because of the conference they play in.

It’s not the conference that the G5 plays in, it’s the talent level of the G5

And that's why the P5 keeps raiding it.
