With so many 3-4 star defensive players in portal just from FBS....it would be nice to pick up a couple more.

From what I understand, once someone enters the portal they're gone. I would hope he wouldn't make any exceptions.

If a player hits the portal before semester ends could they be required to make some sort of partial scholarship repayment and withhold their transfer credits/transcripts if they dont pay. And thus cant transfer. If not, could it be If fine print alluding to such were added to the initial NLI that is signed
