    You can’t force someone to pay back the money if they didn’t sign something legally binding to that fact.

    I am waiting for a booster somewhere to finally start putting that in contracts. Wonder how the athletes will respond.

    Speaking of lawyers... if the law is the law and the facts are the facts how are some lawyers able to "get more" for their clients?
