Nailed it. But I think the answer is yes. Here's the kicker though.....how good of a get are we talking? Is a really good OC gonna come here to coach under Des? Not knocking Des, but are we gonna get a guy that's, at least perception wise, a notch higher than our head coach? Am I making sense?

Not sure how good but I think an established OC would be fine working under Mike. Dez is a humble man and that garners respect. It’s definitely a fair question.

What would qualify as "comparable experience"?

For instance, you've been an OC or even head coach but at an FCS school and maybe instead of the 3 year minimum, you've been there 8 years etc...
