Okay well Josh Schertz from Indiana State. He is making 365,000 a year I think we could get him ?
No one is leaving Indiana State for a job in the sunbelt.

That salary only shows how much we over pay Marlin.

We offer a guy 600k a year to a guy making 365k he wouldn’t take it?

Have you looked at this man’s record ?

No chance we can hire a sitting head coach at Indiana State.

I repeat. No one is leaving a job at Indiana State for a job in the sunbelt. The Belt is a terrible basketball league.

Every head coach likes to see their assistants do well and have success. If Des could have a shot at the head job I don’t think would be selfish and try to lure him over as a TE coach. I know Des was always Billy’s right hand man on in house recruiting visits he must have had some kind of respect for him.

If his credentials were that good, Napier would have taken him with him like he did with most of the staff. At that point, what does Napier's endorsement do or say? He's out the door, he can say whatever he wants as it doesn't mean anything to him.

. . . Des was not going to Florida so all the Napier would have taken him if he was any good is nothing but pure red herring and intellectual dishonesty . . .

He was joking. The 75% number was used by Maggard when doing a radio interview but he was completely wrong.

If he’s so good and still there you have to wonder? Might be he’s turned down much bigger contracts because he’s happy there and is making more than 99% of Americans.

Well that was from his previous job. He is currently in his 3rd year at Indiana state. He spent 13 years at Lincoln memorial before going to Indiana state.
