I would recommend he not use scripted series to start a game.

The value gained of always thinking on your feet would play dividends at the end of games which is where it seemed like Louisiana struggled most.

Basically the need is to think faster and scripted series slow us down in the learning to think fast department.

We all know it will be the EXACT same scene come 2024 season. It's depressing to say the least. If we hold this course, back 2 back ranked seasons disappear. Hell, we still don't have the banners from those seasons in CF! But thank goodness we have a R1 banner in the Dome? Whew, close one.

He's not a hype man. He's not a voice in the local scene. He's not a great play caller. He's not a good game manager.

Motivational speaking is trickier because a coach needs 13 game opening motivational speaches a year saving his best for last.

It "can" be done.

Take notes, write it down, practice, don't use a script, and don't wing it.

ps the head coach also needs 1000 micro focus pep talks for the sidelines

I think it can be done ya know. Not everyone is great to start ya know. But with practice ya know. Improvement can be made ya know. Ya know.
