The future will start when we make a commitment to excellence. When Alden was hired, Bryan was hired and Napier was hired, we made the first step toward that commitment. Since then, USL has crept back in, for whatever reason. In the past, we've had very few people here to pushback on that. Hopefully, now, we will have more people willing to stand up to the weak-kneed bureaucrats that run this place into the ground year in and year out.
You don't get a bonus check for showing up to work on time.
Athletes have advisors and tutors and resources available to them that 90% of other students don't have. I know for a fact that several of our players over the Marlin years have been sent to SLCC and other small community colleges to stay eligible.
If you can't graduate players, you shouldn't be in coaching. Not the flex you rebounder types think it is.
