From what I understand Sodexo is their only campus food provider. They'd have to modify the contract to remove athletics from Sodexo.

I don’t like Sodexo either, but until we have a suitable replacement than that’s we have.

Yeah that is the problem. Just aren't a lot of options. From the outside looking in it may not seem that difficult however there is much more too it than meets the eye.

However Sodexo can and has to do better.

……thinking back on some days, I had to kinda oversee the athletic training table at the student union…..we were using UL cows’ meat and I would get some free shrimp down in Delcambre that they would boil at the Union …….pretty good food for the guys and the local chef’s recipes made it home cooking!
