For college QB's the top 2 are Daniels and Pratt. Zeon is like Daniels in that he can hurt you with his legs and arm.

I went look up QB Rating for all players.
1) Jayden Daniels: 208
23) Michael Pratt: 158.9
39) Chandler Fields: 151.2
42) Zeon Chriss: 150.9
68) Hank Bachmeier [La Tech]: 140.5
74) Ben Wooldridge: 139.4

I'm not sure about that. There are some schools with vast budgets who underperform, and vice versa.

As a quick example, the 'Belt is the worst-funded of the G5, but we appear to be the leaders in football, the biggest sport for revenues & expenses:

Not a lateral move in terms of Football Operations budget, NIL, larger market and some of the best prep talent in the country in his own backyard.

I can assure you I never said CMD was a better hire than the guy Troy got. He was probably the best hire for the money MH was willing to pay.
