Problem is the Alumni Association staff is working graduation that day. Bus availability is not a problem. Finding someone within athletics/RCAF to manage trip is holdup now. Effort being made now to address issue.

This is preseason stuff. You don't wait till now to start looking for someone to manage the trip.
